Framed items are securely covered and placed in adjustable, strong corrugated boxes that lock the frame in position.

When will my painting arrive?

You can estimate your art's arrival by adding the processing and transit times. We typically process paintings and framed art within 48 hours, and the courier delivers within 3-5 business days.

How do I track my order?

You can quickly check the status of your current order with your order number and email address. Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

How much will shipping cost?

As our product sizes vary, you'll find accurate shipping costs on the cart and checkout pages.

Is my package insured?

Qalamcraft.com guarantees your satisfaction and offers refunds or replacements for purchased items you're not satisfied with. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team through LIVE CHAT or by email.

What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?

We combine similar items in one shipment, subject to the processing times of all items. If an unexpected delay occurs that prevents available items from shipping when expected, you may request that the available items be shipped separately. What is your return policy?

Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? Any purchases made are eligible for a return within a specified return period. Box it, ship it, and wave goodbye. You'll receive a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team through LIVE CHAT or by emailing us at (order@qalamcraft.com). Unfortunately, we're unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our returns page or contact us for alternate options.
